I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was changed without a problem, giving me a much better experience. The breakfast area was a great plus, allowing adults to finish their meal while keeping an eye on the kids. The room faced the garden with a pond, offering a lovely view. The room itself was spacious and well-equipped with a bath, shower, tea/coffee facility, big screen TV, fast free wi-fi, a work desk, magazines, and toiletries.
The hotel is a mix of positives and negatives: the rooms were clean and beautifully designed, but there were issues with temperature control, and the upgrades we booked didn't reflect upon check-in. The service was a bit of a hit or miss - great at the restaurant but lacking friendliness and efficiency during check-in.
